Goodmorning Beverly,

I have a scheduled appointment on June 27,2009 at 12:00PM.Unfortunately,I have to cancel this appointment indefinetly due to me being transferred to Maryland for at least 3 Months.

I will have to reschedule this appointment when I am back in New Jersey which I hope is sooner than later.

Since,I have met you I lost about 20 lbs. and have my blood sugar under control.I went for my 3 month checkup with Dr.K. and my numbers were greatly improved.He was very impressed with the report you sent him and asked my opinion whether to recommend you to other patients.Of course,I gave you high marks and hopefully he sends some patients your way.

Again,I am very sorry that I have to cancel and I will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
